Each orange, controlled release capsule, labeled “PF” and “Palladone” and the “12 mg” dosage, contains 12 mg hydromorphone hydrochloride. Colloidal silicon dioxide, dibutyl decanedioate, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose; Capsule tunic: D and C Red No. 28, D and C Yellow No. 10, AD and C Blue No. 1, AD and C Red No. 40, Gelatin and Titanium Dioxide.
